The Mystic Truth about Stimulus Stressors.

The Mystic Truth about Stimulus Stressors, starting at the cellular level and Yes! Surprisingly, there are Benefits!

Stress out Girl that is overloaded with paperwork that is overwhelming.  Bear, in mind I’m not addressing anyone’s personal situation, but my views and opinion as a freelance writer, blogger you should rely on this blog for information purposes only. I’m expressing a nonprofessional viewpoint. Please do consult with your psychologist or health-care provider, before acting on any recommendation contained herein.

Positive, Stimulus Stressors:

Let us acknowledge that (Life isn`t about finding yourself, Life is about creating yourself) quote by G. Bernard.

The competitiveness of a proactive person with mild to moderate stress will get very excited about meeting new challenges and achieving his or her goals with surprising success and receiving the benefits and rewards of a promotion.

Achieving this will also give him/her a tremendous boost of confidence and the flexibility to overcome any issues that they were not prepared for and had to improvise and make adjustments at that very last monument like an urgent office meeting or that deadline before the next day pronto!.

That urgent call from home, one of the children needing emergency care, or you were put into an embarrassing position. You’re having to make the right decision under extreme pressure, you were very successful in regards to handing the urgencies of the calls and had only but a few minutes to respond and prepare, you were congratulated and rewarded by your peers for being a proactive individual under a stressful situation.

My thoughts on hormonal Stressors and its effect:

It`s my personal opinion and belief that research in today’s Neuroscientific discoveries confirms, that studies are ongoing to this day in the ultra-specialized field in Genetics\Embryology\ Endocrinology and its science are still being debated around the world.  The fact that there is a possibility of an excessive increase in stress hormones, in particular, cortisone  caused by unnecessary crises like abuse and negativities during pregnancy can leave an unborn with underdeveloped learning abilities and stress causes an increase of glucocorticoid a steroid hormone  produced by the adrenal cortex can and will benefit people with these new discoveries.

The receptor gene is implicated in both short and long-term development of pregnancy as seen in response to stress and may be critical to the psychological makeup of the infant. No need to worry, research studies tell us we are born with adequate hormonal stressors and that it is important to avoid any type of psychological and physical stresses like bullying or degradation during sensitive pregnancies in the first few months.

What is the meaning of DNA:

DNA is a molecule that encodes the genetic instruction in the development and functioning of all known living organisms. (Deoxyribonucleic acid).

We Inherit genes from one parent to the other.   Fetus by instinct, (thanks to mother nature)  inherit  Stressors from the DNA of the parents. Their behaviors, temperament, and personality are passed on in their  (DNA)’s  makeup, preparing the fetus with learning abilities to cope with life challenges and responsibilities ahead. The mother`s mental and physical health issues during the early stages of pregnancy are crucial for a happy and healthy birth.

The very concept of giving birth is very stressful to be with. The fetus `s  parents and medical staff may question. Will it be a natural birth or the complications of a cesarean birth?.

(In the ancient Roman text and  belief that Julius Caesar was a cesarean birth).

I like to think and compare, whats it like being in a mother`s womb for nine months it’s like being in a space capsule. Where the fetus is an astronaut and is being constantly monitored by the parents and medical advisers before re-entry called  (birth).

Before we take our first breath and open our eyes,  we are Slap into reality, what a wake-up call! I call that pain, stress and later in life our parents call this discipline.

From one Dimension into the next form a Psychic`s  Point of View!

It’s my belief and personal opinion and not to degrade pro-life in any way where it is said, that life beings at the cellular levels and still is an ongoing debate in the religious forums and courts of science.

That’s the spirit or soul plays an important role as it merges with the newly born consciousness starting at around the age of 4 to 5 years of age. When they become conscious of their developing personalities and crave to learn more about life and its rewards as they rapidly adapt to the different schools of discipline like social consciousness within their surroundings.

I became aware of this during my many years of observation as a psychic therapist starting with my own children and others that were also a  part of my environment as a parent. Wanting to guide their loved and talented children in the right direction, provide them with the skills they need to succeed. (exp.) Becoming a future Doctor, Lawyers, politicians, presidents, scientist, teacher, mother, fathers, even the great inventors like Thomas Edison, another great genius a mathematician and a physicist like Albert Einstein. Above all having faith, the ingredients for success. (Where there is no faith, there’s failure).

Tolerance for stress can differ from one person to another naturally with life’s challenges. No exception.  Education, Economics, Science and Technology and Psychologists, contributed specifically in all areas of stress management protocols.

Here are some of the benefits and areas that can be achieved and yes, you can with a healthy, positive daily dose of stress/success. Is at our doorstep, welcome the challenge!

Knowing the hows, may start with the following:

  • Performance, the commitment of having prepared for a focused mindset for success:
  • Coping with the belief Philosophy of failure (life is simple, but we insist on making it complicated) quote by Confucius
  • Difficulties or failures become more like opportunities:
  • Becoming a high achiever by being persistence in your achievements for success.
  • Able to take on the next Challenges successfully without any doubt or worries:
  • Stressors will stimulate the production of brain chemicals called Neurotrophins,
  • Failure in knowing your limits:
  • Understanding your Limits:
  • Knowing and using your strong and weak points. (Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced) quote by Soren Kierkegaard.
  • Become selective with time and place to explore new challenges:
  • Builds resilient in performance or relationship with your colleagues:
  • A heightened sense of awareness into an activity in the workplace:
  • Able to overcome and control negative thoughts:
  • Confronting new challenges with respect to others:
  • Knowing and dealing with your fears:
  • Building and achieving your motivation  for the next challenge:
  • Taking the next challenge to the next level:t
  • Study tactful negotiation under stress:
  • Show confidence when you need to improvise at the last minute:
  • You should be able to share your stress with others in a team environment:
  • Having the conscious power to say yes or no under stress without obligations or imposed on you. (The only disability in life is a bad attitude) quote by Scott Hamilton.
  • Saying goodbye to stressful procrastination and be healthier, happier, and more effective and taking action to the next challenge and become more productive:
  • Learn in managing multiple responsibilities with career and family.

Note: Whether you’re a high achiever and rich or poor and down with life, we are not immune to life`s stressful challenges it`s what makes us humans and competitive. It is said that (no pain, no gain) or  (fight or flight) quote by unknown.

No matter how difficult or mysterious your path maybe there will always be a certain amount of stress present. Remember that the law of success philosophy  (being competitive with the right attitude) is the equivalent to an insurance policy against failure. Quote by Samuel Gompers“

From a  negative to the positive stresses:

A  negative stress also known as chronic stress can cause having incoherent thinking also affects your emotional state and behavior and cause high blood pressure may cause you to have a heart attack or stroke if not controlled. You get agitated on important issues, you’re feeling  pessimistic  and not good enough  about the family`s economic situation, you procrastinate  putting  off going to the grocery store for another day or picking up the mail going to the  drug store, putting that Doctor`s appointment at a later date, because you are worried about what he might say  to you, you also might put off see friends and you don`t want to talk on the phone with anyone and this causes stress and anxiety, some time depression to build up.

Importantly, if you are on any kind of antidepressants that your Doctor prescribed,  that’s Ok too, I quote Doctor Sam Robbins as saying that most medical doctors think (and erroneously tell their patients) that the results are impossible without prescription medications.

There are myths and misconception and debates on treatments, therapies, that can be confusing and there are hundreds of scientific papers and studies on the subjects. That is one reason why we consult a professional healthcare provider to demystify what is best for us as a treatment and there are options. Doctor`s don`t always have the answer that is why they consult medical libraries and each other for answers.

But you also must know that antidepressants like those mentions in the long- term have severe side-effects and they can be problematic with all kinds of issues like insomnia, unpleasant mood swings, incoherent thinking and behavior,  loss of appetite,  low libido,  very low energy,  diminished concentration, suicidal thoughts. Skin irritation, like psoriasis and eczema, also affect your immune system and worse of all addictions including your loss of motivation and drive.

At last the best part is you can do something about these issues without pharmaceutical  antidepressants,  you slowly withdraw by replacing some of your antidepressants with an all natural and organic alternative and fight depression naturally and have better results as you slowly reduce prescription drug from your system only with the observation and advice of your healthcare provider. Like your psychiatrist, family Doctor, psychologist or therapist that you want to use a more natural remedy like.
